Abstract

ABSTRAK Information is importab resource in a health care organization. The quality of information service will impact the service. This study applies Myerscough study, which combine User Information Satisfaction and Servqual instruments to measure the information systen service quality, and investigate the correlation between information system service quality and users satisfaction. The survey was conducted in Tlogorejo Hospital, Semarang, Indonesia.The result of this study report the model marginally fit with the previous study. The only empathy variable is affecting the information system service quality through Servqual variable. However, the informationsystem users� satisfaction has been proved to be influenced by the information system service quality. This study also recomends further research into better instruments to assess information system service quality. Key word: Information system, User Information Satisfaction, Service Quality
