Abstract
Public library is a service that provided by the government. The purpose is to help the people in gaining some information or knowledge. In order to expand the service, the public library create a service called "perpustakaan keliling". With the extension service, so many places that far away from the main office can be reached. However, this service is still being held in manual manner. In this era where both android users and developers are rapidly growth, this study willing to provide the improvement for the service. By developing and android based application for the service in doing the administration.
