Abstract

Scholarship funding is provided to improve the capacity of human resources through education, the cost is given to those entitled to receive, especially based classification, quality, and competence of the grantee. Based on data from qualified applicants, the process of determining acceptance of the scholarship may vary depending on the decision-makers involved in the process of determining recipients. Some simulation is done to get a scholarship recipient who is considered feasible. Providing scholarships is done in stages, before obtaining the scholarship recipients will be selected according to the criteria of the organizers. Development and use of decision support system applications for the determination of grantee eligibility recommendation of this achievement can be another alternative to help facilitate and accelerate the management of data that can produce quick and accurate decisions regarding eligibility recommendation.
