Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce a real work in providing ease in creating a computer network at the Department of Health HEALTH Patihan Madiun covering problems logging name, address, age, health insurance numbers, blood type, as well as the patient's medical history to make it more efficient in the search for the relevant patient data. The method used is the method of analysis and design method using a star topology, where the authors analyze the needs analysis methods and through this analysis the authors designed the stages to be performed, the reason for choosing methodologies star because if one computer that was damaged in the star network the computer will not make the entire network star die and make it easy to increase or decrease the client is used. The result achieved is to facilitate employee or an employee Puskesmas Patihan for data collection name, address, age, health insurance numbers, blood type, as well as the patient's medical history to be more efficient in the search for the relevant patient data through the computer network.
