Abstract

In the era of today's fast-paced, the need for information quickly, precisely and accurately is an absolute necessity. The delay in presenting the required information will cause the information is no longer relevant for users. Thus, a good system should provide the information in time, the data are accurate and appropriate in the treatment process. National Election Commission Provinis Central Java have difficulty in convey information to the public about the general election. Means of informing owned had been damaged as a result of hacking. Impact, the people who need the information difficult to get information, because they have come to resources (KPU office Prov Central Java). It certainly inhibit publication of information to the public. this study using research methods that include: the object of research, types and sources of data, methods of systems development, and the stages system development. Final consideration of the report include: visitor data collection, collection of news, data collection List of Candidates Still, data collection Campaign Donation Receipt Reports, the National Election Commission data collection profile Provinis Central Java Regional Commission data collection, and User data collection. After making the design is completed, it can be seen that the analysis phase of the system design and system design using the tools of context diagrams, data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (DFD), normalized, table relationships and input-output design. Expected penyamapain information and processing data can be done more quickly and always well controlled in terms of accuracy and validation of data can be accountable so that the resulting information can be conveyed quickly and accurately
