Abstract
Now coroner's heart disease are familiar are heard by the general public since the disease has become a major cause of death in the world. Heart disease is a deadly disease that coroner's and proven worldwide. As for the causes of heart disease among other coroner's hypertension, hiperlidemi, smoking, diabetes mellitus (DM), obesity, stress, family history, alcohol and lack of exercise. Artificial intelligence methods in particular neural network backpropagation and the perceptron is two metode is often used to predict coronary heart disease. The Perceptron is one form of nervous tissue is simple and backpropagation learning algorithm is observed. The results of this study is a comparison method of backpropagation neural networks and the perceptron to predict coronary heart disease that will be used to know the differences, advantages and disadvantages, optimum results from both methods are used in the system of predicting coronary heart disease
