Abstract
Regional Employment Board is a government agency supporting elements of the task became regent in the field of personnel. Regional Employment Board chaired by the Head of the Agency under and responsible to the Regents through the Regional Secretary. This study was conducted to analyze the quality of the comparison websites BKD Kab.Pati and BKD Kota Salatiga using PIECES. PIECES method is a method that uses six variables, namely the evaluation of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service. This method is used to evaluate a variety of operational procedures within an organization, company, related institutions, and government agencies. The result of the analysis is usually a statement that assesses the weaknesses and deficiencies or good and bad. By using this method is expected to help the improvement and utilization of the website BKD Kab.Pati and BKD Kota Salatiga
