    Abstract

    In carrying out the operations of the company, PT. Berkah Cahaya Muria give awards to employees by way of selecting the best employees annually. It is intended to improve the morale of employees in work and always doing business with fulfilling commitments, provide certainty and ensure satisfaction for clients and business partners. To determine the best employees usually only done manually. Therefore in this study will be appointed a case of finding the best employees based on criteria that have been determined using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to perform the calculation in the case of the selection of the best employees. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on the criteria specified. Criteria are dynamic, the value of the weight can be changed as the user desires. Then do the coupling process that will determine the best employees who have been recommended. The decision taken is not a final decision, because no final decision on the decision makers.
