Abstract
Xml is an arrangement set to sign the documents into the understandable items by the machine that emphasize in amenity, similarity, and function of a document from internet. Modestly, xml is a language which is used to describe a meta mark-up language which provides the certain format for the documents which have the structured data. The purpose will be reached is to create a thesis database of xml conversion application in web basis so that a thesis report will be found, downloaded, and learned easily. Then, it will be developed into another research.The result of this task is it will be created a thesis database of xml conversion application in web basis which can be used to convert xml file into MySQL database so that the user can search for, download, and learn a research report easily to be advanced into another research.
