Abstract
long queue service in front of toll gateway mainly caused by traditional toll payment transaction using human resource, so it will be need more attention and carefulness for each payment transaction. based on problem that described above, the author created a system that facilitate e-toll by using RFID technology to reduce queue and cut off transaction time by put the RFID e-toll card on the sensor device. also, because of data-theft threats and security issue, this technology combined alongside with implementation of cryptographic encryption technique named Blowfish Criptographic algorithm. this technique wa proposed to increase database security. the result of this research was a e-toll software based on encrypted RFID using Blowfish Criptographic Algorithm as security layer on database. also, from software performance testing either the software itself and cryptographic technique can be concluded that application works well and reliable.
