Abstract

LBPP LIA Semarang Candi established on May 5, 1998, but for the distribution of academic information in LBPP LIA Semarang Candi still manually that is by coming directly to the office. And it takes quite a long time so it is not practical and fast. Not all parents commonly supervise or monitor the development of learning activities learning achievement of children. Parents who want to know their regular academic information by asking the child his son who feared giving out incorrect information. With reference to the current technological advances, has allowed the use of SMS facility in the provision of academic information will be faster, effective, whenever and wherever they need. For that then developed an SMS-based information service akaemik Gateway to LBPP LIA Semarang Candi choose as the object of research. Development includes information on value, schedule, attendance, and replacement of user mobile phone number. Given this research aims to support the access to information, especially in academic fields at LBPP LIA Semarang Candi is more informative to students and parents so that information can be delivered more quickly and on target.
