Abstract

National education aims to develop the potential of the school`s students in order to become a human quality. In this case the Office of education doing the race-race related to school subjects, one of which is a smart race closely. Determination of students to be taken include the following race was still done with subjective only students who are considered capable of, but it makes not objective decision making. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system applications the DETERMINE THE MEMBER OF CERDAS CERMAT COMPETITION, meticulous level of JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL districts in the country 1 winong. method TOPSIS method using white (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The result of this research shows that the use of this decision support system to help determine the students eligible to follow the race closely intelligent done objectively and systematically computerized in order to get the Contest Entrant really categorized able to follow the race and got the champion. The system is built using the PHP programming language using SQLyog database.
