    Abstract

.Student aid (BSM) is a program of the government in addressing poverty. In the implementation there are problem that students who able financially get the aid but also they do not heve a system to help in selection of students who will receive aid. So far the process of selecting students based on existing data, and sometimes there are criteria to be exceeded. TOPSIS method is one of the Multi Attributes Decision Making (MADM) in decision making. This method was chosen because of TOPSIS is based on the concept that the chosen alternative is chosen not only has a positive ideal solution, but it also has the longest distance from the negative solution. The final result of this method is the preference value for each alternative. The preference with the highest value will be selected. The results of 15 samples were carried out with the data students generate the highest value 0.68065066 on computing and the system has performed the highest value 0.68065065959883. Making Decision Support System using TOPSIS method can be used to perform computational feasibility poor students to receiving BSM.
