    Abstract

    ABSTRACT This research is used to see how far the Blackberry and Android operating systems can be accepted by the user and whether the ease and benefit factors affect user attitudes toward the technology (in this case is a smartphone technology). Smartphones are compared in this research is a smartphone with an operating system samsung android and blackberry smartphone with blackberry system. TAM method is a method used to see how the technology can be accepted by the user, the views of two factors: the ease and benefits.In addition to collecting data to make observations, literature review, the authors also distributed questionnaires to users of smartphones who authors compare the two in order to get more accurate information and objective. Using random sampling techniques.From the results obtained by the authors, showed that PERFORMANCE (features and capabilities) a smartphone, the Samsung smart phone with android operating system is superior to the blackberry smartphone.However, in accordance with the TAM method that I use to compare, it is evident that the views of the ease and benefit, BlackBerry smartphones can be accepted by society with the influence of 64.7% and 47.9% Compared with the user acceptance of Android based smartphones factors affect the ease and benefit of only 22.1% and 41.8%
