Abstract
Market developments are more competitive each day, and the competition of business are more and more complex and tighter have brought a new challenge for every company. Speed, has become a concern for companies, especially on how the company obtaining and evaluating information provided in fast and real-time ways. Every company�s build and growth needs information in order to optimize the making of a well-made decision which is operationally or strategically god for every problem in every management function. As a matter of fact, for all times, The Palm Oil Distributor Company, PT. Rolesya Group uses a manual information system. To achieve a higher sales target in time, therefore in this final task the writer intends to create a Strategic Information System Planning in order to increase The Marketing of Oil Palm Coconut in PT. Rolesya Group. This plan is aiming to achieve a solution needed effectively, efficiently and systematically for every problem in selling the palm oil coconut. This strategic plan uses SWOT analysis as the method to get a business strategy and to find out the company�s position at the moment. The solution obtained from this study is a grand strategy that can be used by the company in applying information system on the business process in PT. Rolesya Group. As known abroad, the rle of information system needed in order to obtain those fast and accurate information.
