Abstract

Abstract In general, a school agencies strive to provide quality service and a good education, it is necessary for a good system. Including the provision of academic information includes assessment, administration and others. Based on observations and interviews, the information system affects various aspects, including aspects of information delivery including student grades to parents, who typically value information delivery system notified students only end of each semester at the time of receipt of the report card. Parents were able to know the progress of his students in the school grades. So the problem lies created a school of academic information system based on Web-based SMS Gateway which in its manufacture using Dreamweaver (PHP Framework) and Gammu (service to build applications based on SMS Gateway). These systems deliver all school academic information that can be accessed every day by parents. Therefore the author will design and create a school of academic information system as an object-based SMS Gateway practical work.
