Abstract
Information system Outpatient Clinics In Semarang Tlogosari vision, mission and objectives of the information system In Outpatient Clinics Tlogosari Semarang qualified in providing service to the community. System development method that is used is the method Waterfall with data collection includes the study of literature, interviews (interview), direct observation (observation), method of processing data including patient data, and drug screening, a method of data analysis and system development methodologies. This information system will further simplify the process above by using Visual Basic and MySql. So existing data processing will be more quickly and accurately, as well as eliminating the duplication of data arising between the existing sections. In addition, security and data integrity can be guaranteed because the implementation of restrictions on the use of the data, so that the spread of information will only be accepted by an eligible course.
