Abstract
Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Moedal Semarang is the company that provides the water needs for the city of Semarang. Taps produce and distribute water to all customers, the water distribution is managed fully by Part Transmission and Distribution. The water distribution system in Semarang Moedal PDAM Tirta one of them is through the ministry of water tank, water tank services includes two types of sales service and support clean water. Based on the analysis carried out in PDAM Tirta Semarang Moedal the transmission and distribution, the authors can conclude that the problems that occur in the information system of water distribution. As in the current system of data collection and the sales are still done with the help of the media using Microsoft Excel. The method used in this paper by using FOD (Flow Of Document), the method of data collection is done by the field study through observation, interviews, documentation, and by means of a literature review is by studying books, and other literature. While the program used to create a water distribution system information using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, SQL database and Crystal Reports.
