    Abstract

    I-POS 4.0.3 is a application in the service provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at PT. Pos Indonesia MPC Semarang made focus by basic business processes MPC`s office is Collecting-Processing-Transporting-Delivery-Reporting (CPTDR). The success of achieving the organization`s goal or main objective rely on the system running great in it. To assess the extent to which the system is running in an organization related to asset protection, maintenance of infrastructure and services, to the presentation of information that is required to achieve an organization`s goals. Evaluation of Information Systems is one of the activities that can measure how well the running of information systems within the organization. Measurements taken by standard COBIT 4.1 that includes Domain Acquire and Implement (AI) and the Delivery and Support (DS). The results of the evaluation of Information Systems I-POS 4.0.3 shows that the existing IT governance at PT. Pos Indonesia Semarang MPC has been going well. The second domain of 17 processes generated by taking the average level of maturity in figure 2.9 in the category of Level 3-Defined by the condition of the entire process has been documented and has been communicated by a computerized system development methods are good, but there is no process of evaluation of the process, so there is still a possibility of deviation.
