Abstract
The development of computer technology today is very rapid, rapid delivery of information that is accurate and reliable when it has become a staple for the company. Advances in technology spur companies to make the discussion in order to facilitate the implementation of marketing and can expand its network. PT Wika Realty one of the construction companies in Indonesia. Tamansari Majapahit Semarang is one of the exclusive works are located in Semarang Majapahit. In the process of ordering the booking office Housing Tamansari MajapahitSemarang is still done in the conventional system has been computerized but have not been able to place an order online, it will be difficult for consumers to know the types, models and latest house prices and ordering is done by a direct message to the office marketing. To simplify the ordering process mortgages, Housing Tamansari Majapahit Semarang requires a technology, is to implement a web-based ordering system mortgage. Development method used is the waterfall method, namely by identifying the problem, the design of the structure, programming, merging and testing programs, implementation, operation and maintenance. Based on the research conducted, The goal of this research is to produce a system of order information with websites that can facilitate the consumers to see information about the types of houses that existed at the Tamansari Majapahit Semarang.
