Abstract
Development of the current era of music is played in giving color to our lives, the music has evolved and now can affect a person`s lifestyle. Om.Sepa is indie band that carries the genre of Semarang Orchestra and has 5 years working in the independent music industry Semarang. This has raised the goal Om.Sepa dangdut music which is often underestimated by young people today, by issuing the EP (Extended Play) or so-called mini-album. JANGAN ONANI is the title of the mini album which will be Om.Sepa current project. Designing visual communication, branding a musician or a band group music requires attention to every detail in a structured marketing strategy in order to promote a new product with the emergence of new products from the band OM. Sepa is packed to a single introduction and promotion of new products to be raised awareness through a variety of media target audience of visual communication. Here, the role of branding and brand image of a product is needed to be able to create a level of differentiation with competitors that the new product has a high reminding the audience`s mind.
