Abstract

Division of Human Resources at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) has the task of data collection Rework mutation and retirement at BKD Semarang. In this case the processing and retrieval of information on mutations and retirement is still having problems and shortcomings, namely the use of a system which has not been computed. So it takes a long time and a long and difficult process in data processing, data retrieval, and reporting of mutation and retirement. Based on the problems that occur, the authors make Sistem Informasi Mutasi dan Pensiun at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) of Semarang in order to facilitate the data processing, data retrieval, and reporting of mutation and Retirement employees. Research methodology is a field study included observations and interviews, as well as the study of literature. The method used is a development of prototype systems. This system created using the Java Graphic User Interface (GUI) programming language and using MySQL database. From the analysis, it is known agency requires new systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processing of data transfer and retirement.
