    Abstract

    Public service advertaising themed hygiene has now been made and aired either through sign board billboards or broadcast via television networks and Internet networks are now very accessible. While lifting the message and the same theme ie cleanliness but one on each packaging and storyline different settings and backgrounds also vary in accordance with their respective ideas but all have one goal which is to convey the message of a Public Service Announcement to the public about the meaning and purpose of the PSAs. To the authors are interested in making an appeal Themed Public service announcements dispose of waste in . This program membaerikan facilities and an effective and flexible tool for generating 3d animation interesting.place to form a 3D animated ad that aims to convey the message of how to keep the public aware through littering culture in place. The objective of this final project is to design and create a 3D animated video clips are creative and innovative. It also can produce an interesting video clip with the help of a computer according to the cinematography, ranging from creative development, production process until the finishing stage. With expectation that service advertisements can convey messages and appeals that goal can finally be accepted by the community and society corpulent can understand how how should dispose of garbage properly.
