Abstract
Rapid technological developments and lifestyle modernization, both positive and negative impacts on society, one of which occurs in adolescent social environment. Juvenile delinquency is often the case due to a lack of parental and also narrow view of teenage life. Also due to the influence of the surrounding environment, such as impressions watched the teens themselves. Television is a real example of technology development is very influential in adolescents. Therefore, a variety show set in a radio program, Radio On Tv - Counselor, created to give motivations to adolescents to help adolescents in resolving the problem. A running program can not be separated from the role of an editor. And to market the program, slick and attractive packaging is an important task of the editor, by combining video and audio into a unified whole that will be enjoyed by society.
