Abstract
ABSTRACT The success of an organization achieve the goals and objectives determined by the quality of the role of human performance as a driving force of business organizations and other resource-backed funds and facilities are adequate. Performance is the real behavior produced in accordance with its role within the company. Usually people who are called high-level performance standards, said to be non-productive or low performance. Banayak factors can influence, such as employee performance, such as leadership, motivation and leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze is to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Population and sample as many as 109 employees of PT. Laris Sentosa Indonesia Semarang, Jl Gatot Subroto Temple Industrial Zone Block V/32. Semarang. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis techniques used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Working environment and significant positive effect on employee performance.
