Abstract
ABSTRACT In Semarang, there are several attractions, one of which is the park catfish. Based on the data, the number of visitors Lele Park in 2011 - 2013 the average decreased 2,534 visitors. The decrease in the number of visitors due to low consumer satisfaction as entertainment tend to be monotonous and less clean bathrooms. Consumer satisfaction can be caused by the quality of service and price offered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and price objects Parks catfish in Semarang. The population in this study is to analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and price objects Parks catfish in Semarang. The samples in this study were 100 respondents. The type of data in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: The quality of service and a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Prices positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
