    Abstract

    Consumer satisfaction is the degree of one`s feelings after comparing the performance (results) are perceived, compared with expectations. Consumers are experiencing varying degrees of satisfaction or dissatisfaction after experiencing each service according to the extent to which consumer expectations are met or exceeded. Unknown whether consumers are satisfied after making a purchase, depending on performance in meeting the expectations of buyers bid. If the performance was below expectations, the customer is not satisfied. If performance meets the expectations of consumers satisfied. If performance exceeds expectations, the consumer is very satisfied or pleased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of services, promotions and store locations to customer satisfaction Joko Electronics in Pati. The population in this study is that consumers who make purchases of electronic equipment electronics store Joko Electronics, Kedalingan Village, Jl. Pati - Tambakromo KM 9, Starch during 2013. Selected sample of 100 consumers. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) service and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. 2). Promotion of positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3). Location positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction
