Abstract
The success of organizational goals and objectives are determined by the performance of the manager and employee performance. Performance shown is the actual behavior of each employee as a performance produced in accordance with its role within the company. Usually the higher the level of performance is mentioned to as a productive person, and conversely those who do not reach the standard level, said to be non-productive or low performance. Many factors can affect the performance of the employee, such as working environment, organizational culture and leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. Population and sample is 60 employees of PT. Tempo Java and D.I. Yogyakarta, Jl. No. Sugiyono. 47, Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) The working environment and significant positive effect on employee performance. 2) Organizational culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Leadership significant positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4). Taken together the work environment, organizational culture and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance.
