Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of service quality, customer value and and profit sharing on customer satisfaction at Bank Victoria Syariah in Brebes. The population in this study are customers of Bank Victoria Syariah, Jl. A. Yani No.. 82 A, Brebes. Selected sample of 100 customers. Primary types of data used. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis technique used is multiple regression with previously tested using test instruments and classical assumption. The results showed that: 1) Quality of service positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2). Customer positive value and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3). For profit sharing positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction
