Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price, promotion and distribution on customer loyalty. The population in this study is the Samsung mobile phone users in the city of Semarang. Sample of 100 consumers. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Produc quality affect on consumer loyalty. 2). Price effect on customer loyalty. 3). Promotion effect on customer loyalty. 4). Distribution effect on customer loyalty
