    Abstract

    This study aimed to clarify whether the variable compensation, motivation, communication and work discipline significantly influence employee performance in Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang and to determine the effect of independent variables partially on Employee Performance in Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang. This sample uses the Proportional Sampling is by taking representatives of each group in the population by 89 employees with the method of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the variable compensation, motivation, communication and work discipline partially significant and positive impact on employee performance. And the coefficient of determination (R2) to adjust the square is seen at 90%.
