Abstract
This study discusses the decisions made by the cool noodle stall owner in determining strategic outlets using 3 categories: administrative, financial and technical. Owner in determining the strategic feel difficulty in assessment due to assess the first criterion is done by assessing each element of which is on the criteria and requirements.The research method used in this study using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the study begins with a stage Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Maintenance. Then collect references relating to the basics of decision support systems and Naive Bayes which explains the formulas used in the Naive Bayes. The second stage is the design which consists of designing, manufacturing decision algorithms, and data modeling. The next stage of implementing the plan, by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and the last stage of testing and maintenance of applications that have been made.Research that made generate a decision supporting system that can determine which strategic outlets were targeted to open new outlets cool noodles.
