Abstract

Information technology is part of the medium used to convey a message to a lot of people. Technological advances are rapidly changing the life style of man be easy paced and practical. Cell phone technology that can allow someone to communicate with others anywhere, one of the facilities of the cellular phone that is currently widely used SMS. In this case a forestry police tasked with routine patrol activities, or intelligence activities.
