    Abstract

    Information technology is part of the medium used to convey a message to a lot of people. Technological advances are rapidly changing the life style of man be easy paced and practical. Cell phone technology that can allow someone to communicate with others anywhere, one of the facilities of the cellular phone that is currently widely used SMS. In this case a forestry police tasked with routine patrol activities, or intelligence activities. Such activity, of course using the map as a basis of deciding which places that was subjected to routine patrols or intelligence activities. Rangers report state of forests by sending the results of the radar to the server via sms messaging: server will then be be accurate data, so that the Rangers don`t have to frequently return to Office because of away the distance between your Office and the location of the forest and the absence of internet connection then the Rangers use a mobile telephone signal. The purpose of the author in this research is to build applications that can help police forestry in order to more easily send information to servers/Conservation of natural resources. With the application of the system of information and reporting-based sms gateway is expected to help the Rangers in the discharge of his duties
