Abstract
Bank is a financial institution which main business is to collect funds and distribute those funds back into the community in the form of credit and to provide services in payment traffic and the circulation of money. One product is a bank deposit. Deposits referred to as term deposits. One of the direct marketing strategy in marketing a product that is sending out flyers to all customers. Costs incurred in shipping is also quite a lot of flyers. However, only a third of the number of customers who purchased the offer effectively. Fuzzy MCDM method is a method of decision support system used to select the best alternative from several alternatives based on some predetermined criteria by decision makers. Fuzzy MCDM methods are used to give weight to each of the criteria used to determine who the potential customers to open deposits. In order to obtain the weight of each alternative on criteria as a result of the decision.
