Abstract
The purpose of the research and drafting of this final project is to get a problem shared by Training,Education,Research and delevopment Offices Demak District in the implementation of the education and training activities as well as training and development. The Office have suboptimal performance issues. And this ismake suboptimal on giving good service to prospective participants of the training. An awful lot of problems founded, such as a lack of trained and professional employees there, as well as several employees who were supposed to deal with one specific thing is forced to deal with some things due to lack of power apparatus owned.This effect to performance of employee which can be decreased, because the lower the performance of the employees and the lower employee satisfaction as well. Research on performance assessment will be done by first spreading questioner custom-made based on human resources focus criteria by the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.Then the questionnaire which had been charging by the respondent will be processed using a weighted average technique for generating weights for each item of the question. Thedetails of the question will be measured using directions of measurement belonging to Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The final Results of this research in the form of recommendations is a suggestion improvements on criteria that have a less score according to the instructions of the assessment, and creation of information systems applications using visual basic.
