Abstract
At this time, where everything is very sophisticated and many people have high self-independence, the society has better education and advanced in the way of thinking. But, unfortunately not everyone has the same attitude to someone profession. One ofthe professions is a railway crossing officer. By taking up the real life of a railway crossing officer to a television feature, this work is hoped that the society can realize the importance of the existence of the people with the profession that often forgotten and have a big responsibility. Through the approach for 6 months to the profession of railway crossing officer, it is found that an interconnection officer like PT. KAI cannot be assumed as an easy job. Because they must be willing to be away from family, cannot enjoy the holidays just like others professions and the most important thing is always be ready to prevent the accident between train and the road users that can taking someone life in result.
