Abstract
Tattoos as part of a work of art in Indonesia has been less recognized its existence. This is caused by several factors, of which the most dominant is the evil stigma, poor, thugs, frightening, which is attached to the tattooed person. But with the development, tattoos in Indonesia began to be accepted and thrived in spite of limited among young people in big cities such as Semarang. In this city, tattoo enthusiasts are members of the community known as Semarang Tattoo Artist (STAR), a negative view of tattoos certainly make this community have difficulty in developing, then to remove the negative stigma often makes community events-events that are social. Information about this tattoo removed in the form of a copyright work program feature that explores one of the tattoos on the tattoo community in Semarang. This feature lightweight presented with emphasis on the theory and techniques of script writing interesting and informative, so it is easily understood by the audience from all walks of life. The final project report will provide a new reference to the Indonesian people. Especially people who see the tattoo artists as the bad guy, because people are displeased even have concern for others.
