Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of the leader and the Quality of Human Resources in order to improve employee performance Business Consultant at PT . Solid Gold Futures Semarang . The company is engaged in the service are obliged to provide professional service and high competitiveness in exploring the capabilities of every employee Business Consultant . The research method using an employee survey to 60 business consultant PT.SOLID Gold Futures Semarang . Through the reliability test , validity , and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows . Based on the analysis conducted , it was concluded that the role of the Leader and the Quality of Human Resources affect the performance of employees , either individually or simultaneously and empirically proven . The most dominant factor affecting the performance of Employee Business Consultant PT . Solid Gold Futures Semarang is the Role of the Leader . The results of this study are expected to have contributed to the further research or as information needed for academic and management of PT . Solid Gold Futures Semarang
