    Abstract

    Developments in Semarang considered quite rapidly. One of them is New Siliwangi Hotel Semarang, 3 star hotel located in the city center, although the strategic location but still there are problems encountered at the hotel, among other indications of declining performance of the employee, the assessment is based on the skill and attitude of employees New Siliwangi Hotel Semarang . Objectives to be achieved in this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance New Siliwangi Hotel Semarang. The population in this study were employees in New Siliwangi Hotel Semarang as many as 70 employees. Thus, the samples used were 70 such person or hotel employees. And analysis tool that is used is the Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. Advice can be given on New Siliwangi Hotel Semarang is a leader must be able to provide responsibility and trust to his subordinates to work on office tasks, such as giving credence to the employee to replace the lead when the leaders were absent, so that employees can feel needed and more trusted to work office tasks.
