Abstract
SMK Gajah Mada Pati which is one of the educational institutions in Pati accept new students each year, but for the management of student data is still manual and a new student data is managed using Microsoft Word and Excel Microsoft.Because Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files-file not interconnected, then emerge the new problem. The problem is the problem of processing and recording of data, the presence of double data, easy loss of data, data that is not connected and the slow process of correction and data presentation. These problems can be a barrier to work. By using a computerized system, the data processing becomes easier and faster
