Abstract

Indonesia is well-known as a country with many attractive tourist destinations for local or foreign people who have contributed the big national income for Indonesia. The government needs to consider in managing and promoting this sector through the tourism and culture department. In fact, the tourism and culture department of central java is still using the conventional method for data managing such as the traditional data like sheets form from all of the regions in central java which need the longer time to manage them. This research is conducted to create a data processing system which is more effective and efficient in managing data at tourism and culture department of central java. The researcher hopes that the system will help to create the easier process in inputting, searching, and reporting the data of tourism sector.
