Abstract

UPTD BLK Semarang as the technical implementation of Manpower and Transmigration Semarang skills training each year to reduce the unemployment rate and create an independent and skilled labor in the city of Semarang. In Semarang BLK UPTD activity reporting data collection skills trainees have yet to implement a computerized system optimally. In presenting the report of computer use was limited to typing the entire student data that has been prepared in advance by using the application Ms-Word and Ms-Excel, so that the entire report in generating accurate and precise relatively long. To the authors are interested in developing management information systems, especially in the collection of the biodata trainee skills by utilizing an electronic device that is computer processing of data by designing a collection of the biodata application software trainee skills to help staff UPTD BLK Semarang in processing, data processing participant training. By using information systems the above problems can be reduced, but it can increase the activity of management and increase motivation to work, especially in the bio-data information of participants, so that the necessary data from the participants relating to the personal data of participants can be identified quickly
