Abstract
PT. Indonesia has a rule Mugan promotion process, namely by assessing its employees in accordance with the criteria specified service attitude, Productivity and Quality of Work, Teamwork, Discipline, Honesty / Integrity, Responsibility, Time Attendance, Loyalty, Performance, Psychotest, and General Knowledge Test. Using a computerized system, the assessment process with a simple additive weighting method becomes easier and faster. Each criterion will be given a certain weight according to the interest rate that will be desired by the company. This computerized system is built using the Visual Basic programming language that is easy to operate so that even novice users can take advantage of the program.
