Abstract

system for computerized began venturing in the realm of governance in its activities serve the community. Government activities using a computerized system to help carry out operational activities. The main activity of instasi the Government is serving the community. In its activities there are a number of areas, one of which is development in physical and non physical sector. For such activities must be organized through selection which one called bidding public. And the selection process is handled by the Committee for the procurement of goods and services. In the selection process of these many processes that should be undertaken by a Committee of procurement, including the assessment of the work plan that will be implemented later, according price, tools and manpower. The Committee is in need of a system that helps to make the selection can be done quickly. To support the performance of the Committee for the procurement of goods and services in analyzing data from service providers in decision support systems are needed. The system will be made for decision-making is to use the method of Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP). AHP method is a method of decision making involving the privacy value or value references a person, by means of input matrix of priorities against the performance of completeness and according administration, work experience criterion and the relevance of the work to be executed, a criterion and criterion experts method implementation. Then the computer will do the computation, of those results would be obtained as a percentage of the value of each option, and the best option is a priority value which has the greatest percentage.
