Abstract
Based on the analysis result of the data or information, there is customer’s need which is availability of information about a coffee shop, Salwa House Semarang used social media such as Facebook, Twitter and others as the window of the coffee shop information. But ultimately the available information can not be recorded properly and not efficient in the delivery and absorption of information. Therefore, the post appears in the timeline of each customer's account social media Salwa House is only temporary. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a system able to record all data intact and complete information and simplify every customer to access such information. The methodology used to design the information is: designing a new system. The resulting system design is to produce information coffee shop, souvenir reports, event reports and product reports.
