Abstract
The application of information technology and management institutions in a very useful to improve and the process of service business.Obstacles faced no action audient to assess the level of maturity process data, management therefore necessary appraisement rate maturity data management ( ds11 ) on governance framework it with cobit 4.1 aided by the application of online dna-based desktop. Process framework cobit prefixed to make a questionnaire that will spread to respondents raci, based on a chart then the answer rsponden tillable with provisions skoring method of cobit.The assessment rate maturity management recurrently, the data on the level but it was intuitive and have the same patterns in doing management application of it but not yet undefined consistently and documented in procedure, and arranging training in socializing the said procedure.
