Abstract
The role of weather in a very large cost. Weather has two roles. On one side of weather information have contributed to the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the activity and safety of flight, on the other hand has the potential to cause harm to death. However, it is not easy to say where the weather is dangerous, because the weather impact depends also to other factors. For that conducted research titled Analysis of Flight Delay Due to Weather Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang with the C4.5 algorithm. This technique uses weather data and flight delay flight list in 2013 at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang, so the data can be used as a reference to predict whether there will be a delay flight or not.Recommendation feasibility flight is affected by wind direction, wind speed, temperature, air pressure, visibility, weather. And obtained the results that C4.5 algorithm is applied to the data set Delay flight in 2013, the data generating confusion matrix accuracy value of 94.55% and an accuracy within 0.815 AOC interval 0 seconds.
