    Abstract

    AutoCad has limitations that make the delineation of surface shape in the ground, the limitations on Autocad does not mean that the software will not be able to do it but it takes a relatively long time to finish the job not to mention if the data measuring / geodetic has no small amount, it can be imagined how long the job completed. To deal with its limitations AutoCad has provided a functional language based pemogaraman which is the language of instruction of the software. By utilizing the programming language allows the software to be able to work automatically. The automation process in AutoCad on the soil surface shape delineation is intended to streamline the time in the completion of the work, as it also helps minimize the level of error that may occur due to the delineation is done in the conventional process. In making automation there are several steps that must be prepared and done. Starting from the process of making a script-based functional paradigm in which there are multiple functions including functions of the manufacturing scale, find the input files, reading file and plotting drawings on AutoCAD, so the drawing is formed soil surface. In this study the automation scripts can be efficiently inserted into AutoCad job completion time 120 times faster when compared to conventional methods of delineation and has a very high level of accuracy of the data presented at random
