Abstract

SMK BAGIMU NEGERIKU is one of theprivate schoolsinSemarangCurrentlythis school has hada permanent andnonpermanentemployees±65 people, goodteachers, administrativestaffandOB. Therefore,this schoolhas madethe data collection systememployees. In addition tothe manufacture ofemployee data, schoolattendancehas also implementedthe system. Thesystemstillusespengelolahandocuments..pengolahaandata andprocessabsenteeisminschoolsis still inadequate, because it can reducekeefisiensanandworkeffectiveness. This problemcauses theschoolis still relativelyslowin the process ofdata collectionandabsenteeism. Schoolstillhas many obstaclesin the process ofdata collectionandattendancekarayawanof them arechargingprocessemployee datais stilllong, because it is donewiththerecordingprocessis sometimesdonewitha machine thatis notconnectedto thecomputer, oftenoccursintheabsenceof fraudsuch asillegal absent. Therefore, we need achange intheprocess-based computerizeddatabaseto correctanydeficienciesandfraudthat existin a manual process. The process ofcomputerization ofthe companyhas become very importanttospeed up data processing, to produce accurate informationandminimizefraudsexist.System development methodusedin this studyiscomposed ofSDLCidentificationproblem, understand the performanceofexisting systemsandanalyzethe results ofthe research. System designusingDFD, TableNormalization, Data DictionaryandTableRelationships. Makingprogramsby usingWeb programmingandMy SQLdatabase. The result ofthis studyisthat the creation ofan information systememployeeattendanceatSMK BAGIMU NEGERIKUFor youmadea lateNegerikucan changethe originalsystemis stillmanualworkbecamecomputerizedandintegratedwith each otherso as tomakeunscheduledemployeecandirectlybecomputerized.
